Patient reports are received by referring offices within 24 hours. Free on-line access to patient imaging and reporting is offered to LDI registered physicians as well. Additionally, patient images and reports are available via CD-Rom. Referring physicians can expedite patient referrals through LDI's convenient on-line referral process, and patients can conveniently obtain forms from our website to complete prior to arrival.

LDI's onsite Medical Director, Dr. Mark D. Forte is available to all referring physicians to discuss your patients diagnostic medical imaging needs.
